I have had these spot like bumps on my penis and scrotum ever since i was a teenager, and i was always too embarassed to go to the doctor. Recently ive started doing research about what they could be and I have come across fordyce granules. I was wandering if its possible for fordyce granules to go all the way up the shaft or are they strictly meant to be around the bottom part? I also have pearly papules, is it possible to have both?
