I dont know if im paranoid or if its type 2 i also have 
. i dont recall the hole part looking like that at all .. My vagina has also been very sensitive and Im not sure if those are bumps or just swollen … I also only experience itching when discharge , which is often when im off my period . should i go back to my doctor ? Is it normal?

looks like a normal vagina hsv 1or2 doesnt change your vaginas appearance
No to both! It just looks and feels very abnormal to me . almost as if it were swollen
do any STD’s change the appearance ?
it can be swollen due to reaction, have you changed detergent or soap? or used new undies without the first initial wash?
