I just started this medication and am hoping to hear some positive reviews on how this had helped with panic attacks.
Please no negative reviews it will feed my panic.
Hi Diane I started citalapram 10mg 7 weeks ago I was scared to start them
As thought might get bad reaction to them I now take every morning they have helped my panic attacks and my blood pressure and pulse gone down as my anxiety was making them high I would stick with them I will be if consultant says to carry on with them tomorrow I also have low dose diazapam you will do well on them be thinking you cxx

I also started Citalopram about 9 weeks ago, was on 10mg and went to 20mg after 5 weeks and it was just today bumped to 30mg.
She did switch me from Ativan to Clonaxepam and that was my concern. I am hoping it works better than Ativan.
Do you find that helps you Diane I have bad health anxiety constantly worry somethings wrong with me is 10mg not good dose xx

Hi, This med is to calm you down immediately,but wondering how are you coping the rest of the time. This med is not a antidepressant, which works 24 hours. I am wondering why your doc didn't put you on a antidepressant along with this med to take if you need it. With in a week you will know if you have any side effect's, I mean any thing unusual. If you have anxiety all the time, I would get on a antipressant. That's so you might feel good all the time.
