I have look alike skin tags under my tongue what could this be?!, I just noticed them yesterday I have no idea what they could be maybe plica fimbriata?!
Those look like plica fimbriata to me. I wouldn't have thought they were anything to worry about, but I'd see a doctor or dentist about the white patches and bumps on top of your tongue.
