I have low-grade abnormal cells, can anyone give me tips on how to clear this & how to keep it away?

so i noticed wired bumps around my vag opening i did my research and i think i might have genital warts so i went to get pap tested they told me i had low-grade abnormal cells i know hpv can be the cause but they didnt tell me for sure that i had it they told me i would basically have to come back next year for them to do another pap test on me cause i was to young for them to tell me if i had hpv or not but they told me that was the only thing they found on my pap test but i just wanna know some good remedies to help clear this virus if that was the case.
