I'm quite young and so talking to my parents is out of the question… I honestly have no clue wether I have herpes and it is really stressful as I have no means of finding out wether or not I have it… please help!!
Try to describe yourt symptoms. Maybe you can go to the school nurse or something of that nature?

However there are a lot of things that it could be and you really need to get tested to be sure!
I got tested without my mom knowing, there's no way that I could tell her.
I asked her to make me an appointment at my doctors to talk about my medicine, then asked the doctor if I can talk to her alone & she asked my mom to leave the room, and then she swabbed me and didn't tell my mom anything. She also has my personal cell number to call me with the results.
I understand that it's so hard to walk around & pretend like everything's ok when not even parents or friends know what's going on! The only person that knows is my boyfriend.

But if that's out of question a school counsiler or nurse or even a teacher you can trust is a great place to start.. It may seem really embarrassing but honestly they can give you great resources and advice! I also know that with most school counsilers and nurses it would be confidential!
