I am a dude (obviously) and saw this on my penis a few days ago and thought it was just an ingrown hair; it has been a couple days and it has gotten worse. Any ideas as to what it is?It is most likely not an STI or STD because I am not sexually active.

The penile lump is red and swollen and so the most likely cause is an infection, probably of the hair follicle. Try to see your GP. If you can’t see them because of lockdown and other restrictions, see if you can get some antiseptic cream like Savlon from Boots or Superdrug etc.
Don’t be tempted to squeeze or pop it with a needle etc!
