What are shown in photos 6 and 7 are simply a natural part of your penis - if I link this to what you are describing on the shaft of your penis this CAN be linked to what your penis is in regular contact with.
So this can be anything from soaps, shower gel and other forms of body wash - things that you may apply on a regular basis such as anything you use as a form of Lube for masturbation, anything you use as a moisturiser or even basic skin cream. The other potential is you have a skin problem, or one is developing.
The easy thing to do is to exclude as many things as possible from contacting your penile skin: ideally this would be water ONLY to clean your penis with. Never use hot water on your penis!
If you regularly shower wash the rest of your body in the normal way and fully rinse. Do NOT apply any soap or shower gel or other body wash to the upper part of your penis, particularly the head area. Always keep the head of your penis fully covered by your foreskin when you wash the rest of your body.
Then expose the head of your penis at the end of a shower and use the warm running water, the inside of your hand and your fingertips to clean the head area of your penis with.
What this approach will eventually do is that the things that are naturally present on the head of your penis will become less obvious

You have an extremely short frenulum, which is causing tension resulting in small tears. Frenuloplasty would solve this. Consult with a urologist.
