It was too late for me to go to a doctor today by the time I had noticed, but it's really worrying me. After I took the photo I tried to grossly pop one. Nothing at all. No itching or pain, but when I pressed it between my two nails, I drew a dot of blood. The spot remains. There are at least 3 of them I can see.

What appears towards the right of your penis in the photo looks most like a regular bodily wart - this is NOT a genital wart in case you are wondering.
The photo is not clear enough to comment on the other spots you have.
However, f you are below the age of 36, and particularly under 20 YOA, then most spots that appear on the penis are simply a natural development, on the shaft of the penis many spots are described as Fordyce Spots, or are simply sebaceous glands
