for about 2 years now one single white bump has become slightly bigger and its beginning to make me feel insecure. I don’t know what it may be and that’s what’s making it so much worse. I avoid messing with it but when i do i notice its hard and under my skin. It started small but individually has gotten bigger and bigger, everything i search just says its normal and will go away on its own but nothing seems to match exactly what i have. Its been over a year and hasn’t gone away.

It’s likely to be a small sebaceous (epidermoid) cyst. Nothing serious or sinister and can be safely ignored.

Although this does not look like an ordinary bodily wart - NOT a specific genital wart - it could be one.
I would play it safe and get a Medical Professional to check this for you - all too often what seems to be quite innocent, can, given time, develop into something you certainly do not want to have on your penis.
If you can access a Dermatologist directly make an appointment when you can - otherwise go see your Regular / Family Doctor / GP when appointments get up and running after the Virus restrictions are eased …
