Where are you feeling the pain? Is it in your throat or down further in the chest? If it’s the chest, I had it as well a few weeks ago. Try to take smaller bites and avoid foods that tend to trigger your reflux. My pain went away after about a week
Amala? What’s that? never heard of it here in 🇬🇧 Britain. It’s probably your oesophagus, I get pain as well there when I eat.
