# I have Penile discoloration and a dry/burning sensation randomly. Been going on for awhile, Any ideas?

I have these white spots mixed into the pigment of the penis, they started a year or so ago and come and go. After pressure friction or erection it burns sometimes. No discharge or flaking skin just the discomfort and discoloration.
