i have been suffering from jock itch from previous 1 month . i went to a skin specialist and i have been following his prescription . 1 terbinafine chloride tablet daily and 2 topical creams . it is better but not fully gone . now , from the last 3 -4 days , my scrotal skin got sore (not swollen) and then my foreskin’s end part got sore also and foreskin got kind of scaly . today , pimples appeared on my penis’s shaft . i have attached pics of all 3 . please help me . i am from
