I've had a penis problem for months now. I have a few pimples that aren't helped by any creams, either antifungal or antibacterial. Nothing makes it better. After the intercourse (even in a condom) the pimples (6 pieces) are more red and then they become like in the picture again. In the picture you can clearly see one. looks like balanitis to me. Have you tried lotrimin ultra helps clear that up in about two weeks time.
