have the surgry ok i had it done you will be sore but i did great my life is back too normal now. i,m doing super have the surgry ok. don,t use this cream or that creamthey don,t work ok.

That does look sore although not 100% what it is. Book to see a doctor asap and let them take a look and advise you accordingly
