I recently just gotten this outbreak on my legs and on my penis. I have been putting on some acne cream because I did just recently stop shaving so i though it might be ingrown hairs. The things on my shaft otherwise make me question if it is that. To further give insight, my penis has been dry as well which has been odd. I have been applying some cream so that could be a reason for the dryness. I was thinking that it might be genital herpes but I really hope that it is not that. I haven’t been sexual active with a new partner in about a month and some change.
