I have red sore like bumps on my vaginal lips and around it.

I had sex with my boyfriend last Friday, but he tried a position that seemed to hurt and it wasn't lubricated enough. I started getting these two bumps the next day that were red. Then I started to get more red bumps throughout the days. The bottom of my vaginal lips are now swollen with what appears to be sores that either have a red or yellow center. They burn and irritate me a lot. It hurts when I urinate and it's been bothering me a ton. I have a doctor's appointment, but it's not until next week and it is bothering me a lot. My throat is also sore and I had a fever this weekend.

Also is there anything that can help relieve the pain for now ?

Your symptoms indicate Genital herpes. In the meantime take nurofen and panadol.

You could try over the counter Panadeine (Codeine and Paracetamol), I'm not sure if it is available in your country without a prescription.

They can be passed when no sores are present (viral shedding), so your bf doesn't need to have sores for them to pass. The lack of lubrication probably didn't help as the skin barrier wears down viruses can seep in more easily.

Yes you have herpes. These are the exact symptoms I had when I found out.
