# I have red spots on my penis glans please help

i have had red spots on my penis glans for 2 weeks and I don’t know what it is because it doesn’t hurt much neither itches please help me I’m worried if it could be serious like cancer or some dangerous disease.

I cannot upload a picture because it only says (file too big)  
but it is just a bunch of very small red bumps/dots on my penis glans and they are red
