I've noticed that I have discharge a lot than before, then it started to get itchy (months passed by). and it's like on and off, but this week it's different, I saw a small bumps around my vagina and I'm afraid to go outside and go to hospitals since there're a lot of positive covid patients around my place. Can anybody has similiar to this? I even rubbed it, the upper part, and It bleed, I'm just scared that this is serious one, or I'm panicking and don't know what to do. But this week, I don't get much discharge, Just itchy. I hope I have the same case here

And the bumps are fordyce spots, all normal and harmless
