I’m assuming you are uncircumcised. They don’t look like anything to worry about from the pics. Always worth checking them out with your doc just for peace of mind, they will be used to seeing all sorts of things and help stop you worrying over (hopefully) nothing

To be honest, the glans on an uncircumcised penis doesn’t need a lot of care. As long as the skin retracts easily (which it obviously does on yours) simply wash with warm water (no soaps or shower gel!), dry it properly and place the foreskin back and it should be fine. The glans is like any other part of the body and will have lumps, bumps and scars on it over time.
