I have small spots on the penis skin

Hi my age is 24 years i don't have any relationship with any one till now!

I have small spots on the penis while i drag down the uncircumcised skin of my penis i can see those

Another problem is i have white spots under the glans of the penis

looks like papules and fordyce spots to me, in other words, nothing to be alarmed about.
