I have some weird symptoms but doctor says I'm fine. Could this be some kind of mental disorder?

so for like over 3 months, ive been feeling weird and i dont know if any of these symptoms are linked to each other or if they are all separate. Basically, it all started feeling weird after getting sick from the cold around December, which im used to getting once or twice a year. i noticed tho that after trying to recover, i somewhat still kept like an itchy throat that would make me lightly cough and a stuffy nose. so about a month later, im coming back from a small road trip at night time so i decide to drink some coffee before heading back to keep me awake. i usually go out of town 4 times a month and whenever i head back during night time ill do the same. Anyways, as im trying to fall asleep once ive arrived home, my whole body starts shaking as if i were cold. then i start to feel scared/anxious which leads me to think it was some kind of anxiety/panic attack, and which felt so weird for me since ive never had anything like this before. this lasted for about 20 minutes until i was able to calm down. 2 days later i develop this headache and feeling of dizziness/lightheaded. i also notice that i am shaky throughout the day. i start to worry more so i decide to go to an urgent care, which they tell me i have a sinus infection as my nasal passages seem inflamed and my throat looks sore. i take antibiotics for 10 days and during those days, i start to feel this weird chest sting near the heart side. it feels like it comes and goes at random and sometimes it would feel like it was burning. the inflammation of my nose seems to get better but still i have the stuffy nose and itch/cough in my throat. i go to another urgent care and he checks my heart with an ekg after letting him know about the light chest pain but they said everything looks fine. i get more antibiotics since it looks like i still have an infection in my throat. after taking that i also start to develop pain in my stomach. i went to the hospital and they checked me out with an xray and blood tests but they said everything looked fine. i decided i would go to another hospital weeks after where they also said i was fine. now during these visits i noticed that i would get so anxious and shake real bad like that night when i came back from the trip. i also panicked while being connected to the iv thing and they injected me with something to calm the pain and make me feel better. i noticed my skin felt all jumpy which the nurse said was normal but my heartbeat was fast and as soon as i felt that medicine run cold through my body, even my breathing felt different as if i smelled alcohol for like a second. this is stuff that i would never experience before. i eventually went to my doctor after getting health insurance back and my doctor ran more blood test and told me that i had eppstein barr virus, and vitamin d deficiency. now over 3 months of feeling off, i still feel weird but i notice i get alot more anxiety. my sleep has been bad and i keep waking up every 2-3 hours. i still feel the chest sting, stomach burn, and headache/dizzy. i recently started feeling like something is stuck down my throat when i swallow food,. every now and then i also noticed i get tunnel vision or some sort of fading away feeling and then i get goosebumps. a month ago, as i laid on the bed, i suddenly felt like i was high off some drug or something, my vision changed to like pink and i saw weird teardrop like visuals zooming in through my vision and even my breathing changed again as if my lungs were filled up with something or as if i smelled alcohol. it felt almost trippy and only lasted about 5 seconds. i dont know if this has anything to do with this but i tried a psychedelic drug about 9 months ago and then tried weed for the first time but i had a really bad experience on them. sometimes i feel as if they kind of left me with some kind of trauma and its starting to affect me now, although idk why now about 8-9 months later. idk what else to do or where to go.

Its a bit hard to follow all that but i think it sounds like it could be just anxiety. Your concerns over drug use likely would have had more immediate effect had they been directly related but it’s possible that your subsequent fear now is building on it.

Having low immunity is common after periods of stress and anxiety leaving you prone to cold, infections etc. Might explain the throat.

Also yes sounds like you’ve developed a kind of phobia to hospitals following your panic attack there and now get shaky etc. I’d suggest seeing your doctor if you continue to feel this way in 3 months and meanwhile stay away from Google, don’t take any more drugs/weed and try and cut down on your caffeine intake.
