These normally come up after I have had sex and they never stay for longer then a week and it all goes back to normal but when I have them they are painful to touch i don’t have a clue what it is not sure if I have a yeast infection or something

Hi Kelly, sounds like it could be herpes. Go to the GUM clinic when you next have sores and get them swabbed. Also if you haven't, I would get a full work up just to rule out everything. Hope this helps.
