I have been on Sertraline for 2 weeks now but I got really upset about 20 minutes ago and took three in one go and now I'm worried and feel like I should just all of them.
Don’t do that ! Call 111 and ask them if 3 is not going to harm you , we are all in the same boat , it’s awful I know but in time the meds will work for you.
I feel hopeless at the moment to but no way will I give up and nor should you ! Be strong , fight !

Don’t do it! Get medical attention right now. It is a possible side effect to have increased feelings of Suicide. Please get help. Don’t give in to these feelings. You can get through this.
What dose are you taking right now? I promise you...everything will turn around. You must keep going, one foot in front of the other.
I was where you are, Sertraline is really tough to start with,you’re not alone,contact your GP (or equivalent) and explain how desperate you are, I had to have Lorazepam 0.5mg 3 x a day to get through it, I literally wanted to die,the only place I felt safe was my bed.Tell a friend or family member so they know to keep a check on you.You’ll get through it,promise.x x
The first 2 weeks were ok for me apart from not sleeping having no appetite and bouts of diarrhoea. The side effects hit me after my dose was upped to 50 mg at about 2 weeks.
I stayed in bed for 3 days solid. I could not get up except for the loo and I was not a pretty sight.
I forced myself into the bath on the 4th day because I stank!. The side effects have lessened now dramatically. You will get there...sertraline needs time. Please stick it out ...drink loads of water ...watch funny films..try to laugh..or cry...both excellent healers. There is light at the end of the tunnel🦄🦄🦄

I hope you are ok. What dose are you on? Hope you have rang 111 for advice. I’m on week 4, so very tough but I’m determined to hang on there and give sertraline time to work so I can find the old me again. You will get there but you need lots of support.
I've been on it for 8 months on 250 mg and still trying to find my ground.

Where are you? Are you alone presently? Three wont hurt you but the fact you want to take them all is a concern for me. Please get back to me and tell how you are feeling. I have been on 50mg for almost three weeks and found suicidal thoughts can increase as most SSRIS do increase anxiety levels when you fist start them. I went through the same, very frightening to go through on your own. thinking of you
