I have these bumps on my vagina. Do you think its just Fordyce? Should I be concerned

I have these bumps and sometimes if I squeeze some of them, white stuff will come out, but not all of them. when should i be concerned? a guy pointed it out and said it looks like herpes. I have HPV-A but nothing else that I know of. I also have hidradenitis suppurativa and I don't know if that's related or not. if you look above my anus there is also bumps there and around it. how do you know if it is herpes?

i can’t see genital herpes. only sebaceous glands but nothing of dangerous.

totally normal ecspecially durimg these hot months your fordyce spots can get clogged with oil.
