Difficult to figure out your anatomy because the photo is upside down and you’ve stretched the vaginal entrance to show the hole. It could be a Bartholin’s duct opening. Here’s what I mean (diagram taken from American Family Physician); it is situated in the lower third of the vaginal opening.
If it’s not causing you any symptoms, just leave it alone.
