I have never had sex, so it cant be an std, I have had the white ones for years but they are getting worse and theres one red spot. I am very worried of having sex as my penis looks horrible. what should i do ?
Looks like fordyce spots. The red spot I’m not sure, could be an ingrown hair or some irritation from masturbation.
