Do you have any sexual history, unprotected? - if you think you have been at risk get tested anyway

hey i am 21 year uncircumsized men. about 4 or 5 months ago i went to get test for sti. its all negative. but i have a very little itchy sensation and when i retract my forskin its little red line goin across. it didnt hurt when i pee. no burns during sex. can anybody help me what it can be ?image
