I have these small bumps on penis not sure what are these

i have noticed these small bumps on penis two years before they do not pain or cause any discomfort but i am not sure what it is please if anyone could help!

they are Pearly Papules
harmless some people they are bigger

no did not got tested because there is no pain or itching but these things are really depressing

thanks alot for help but are you sure that its okay because when i googled for pearly papules almost in every picture they were around the head but mine are on the top of head.

it looks like you have dry skin as well.
are you using soap?

cut out using soap
because that dries the skin out just warm water when washing there
try using a mild natural moisturising
cream twice daily
see if that helps the dry look

thanks alot for helping me i will start moisturising it now. Really really thankyou for helping me for these spots i thought i had hpv or something else but now that i know its just a skin variation my mind is on ease now..
