i have these spots/rash on the head of my penis, i have had all STD check and come back clear, also tested for thrush which came back clear, clinic said it could be psoriasis, but went and saw the GP and they said could be friction as i am sexually active and ive been told to keep an eye on it, i have been using diprobase cream but nothing seems to help, any ideas? thanks
looks like a fungal infection. i would see a dermatologist.
I would suggest diprobase is not sufficient for the skin on the head of your penis
WARNING: be very careful not to get any cream or other application near to your Meatus (your pee-hole) as if any of this gets inside this can cause severe problems.
I agree a dermatologist would be the best specialist to see - check out the larger sexual health or GU Medicine facilities in the area in which you live to see if you can get an in-person appointment
