I’ve been having sex with this one guy only and now i have these warts at the entrance of my vaginal. please help help me on what I should do

Are they warts or vaginal papillomatosis? Would you feel comfortable taking pictures of the lesions?

If you have warts, get them treated by a doctor. Doesn’t matter if you’ve been with one person or many - if you get exposed to the virus you can get infected.
