These pimples do not hurt or cause any discomfort at all, I noticed them a few weeks back. They have not grown or spread around, like I said they are very small and i only saw them because i shined a light on them, i can see them now normally, but i think its only because i know that there there now. 
I think i might be overreacting , but I just want some outside opinions on this. These pimples were located on top of a vein or atleast very small ones? So it might be caused by the blood flow from when i get hard or something? Just my theory on the matter.
