I have these weird bumps on my penis and in my foreskin I am a teen I never had sex I masturbate here and there. I also have problems pulling my foreskin too. Should I be worried about any of these? image
What age are you?
The bumps on the main shaft of your penis are Fordyce Spots. As you have have never had sexual contact the bumps you show in photo 1 can ONLY be natural - the presentation you have of them is rather unusual.
Some men get them like this, most do not - but they are a NATURAL part of your penis.
These may continue to develop until you are around 25 or 26 YOA - so what you have now may become even more distinct, you may get many more or they may even fade away in the main. Everyone is an individual, but the penis you have at 26 is likely how it will look for the rest of your life.
