i have these painless white bumps on my penis head and some on shaft also i cant figure out what they are can anyone guide me
When did you first notice these, how long ago? Do you clean your penis with soap and shower gel and other body wash?
since 2 -3 months but at that time they were very few and i use soap for cleaning sometimes i never used showergel or any bodywash
What these bumps actually look like are Pearly Penile Papules (PPP), as far as I know these are usually only present on the rim / corona of the head of the penis.
What is your recent sexual activity history: any unprotected sex in the last 4 months or so?
To do: get a professional medical opinion as to what these actually are; and, stop using soap to wash your penis with, water only and make sure you are completely dry afterwards.
Going forward: once you know what these actually are, and get them resolved, either get yourself some Raw SHEA butter or Pure liquid Coconut Oil and apply a thin coat to your penis 3 or 4 times a week to re-hydrate your skin.
