it look like theres a blister on the bump u should get it swabbed within 48 hours before it pops and drys over
just a regular doctors office?
is there a possibility that its not herpes or anything like that?
i cant think wat else it could be at this stage not many things cause blisters on the penis but herpes/syphilis u shoulid visit sexual health clinic or your doctor
