visit your doctor he will advise you with how to proceed . because bump in penis is not something to ignore.
check this w ur doctor, if ur in the US a urologist can do the check up. i had a similar lump (sebaceous cycst) and i underwent a minor surgey. i am recuperating now.
Stop trying to pop it - you could make it much worse.
If you have, or can get some LIQUID antiseptic dab a little undiluted onto the bump 3 or 4 times a day, it should then reduce in size after 3 or 4 days.
When it gets smaller keep applying the liquid until it is completely healed …
if it does not change in any way after using the liquid for 5 or 6 days see a medical professional ..
