Hello i started to notice this “pimples”(?) “warts”(?) on the penis and testicles (i don’t have any idea of what could this be) have anyone an idea of what this could be?? Please help i am so worried and because of this virus situation i cannot visit a doctor.

These are just collections of sebaceous (grease) glands under the skin. Nothing to worry about.

These are a natural part of the development of the penis - you cannot remove them.
They become more visible due to irritation so never scratch at them - be real careful not to use a shower gel or even soap that may irritate them - best approach is not to apply soap or other forms of body wash to them, simply use running warm water in the shower - NEVER hot water.
Rub the area carefully with the inside of your hand, you need to have a towel that ONLY you use for drying after a shower, your entire groin area and genitals should be fully dried after washing or having had a shower as any moisture left behind can also be an irritant …
