It can happen at anytime, anyplace, and for however long. I am not sure if it's pinched nerve. It's from very small tiny pinches to throbbing pinches. I even have them during school which is worse. Please, if you have the same experience as me, explain a bit and maybe I will understand. If not I'm going to see a doctor about it.
