Hello, i have this spot on my penis from few years, it s a red spot with NO pain or bleeding ,at times it looks like a scar, at times look like a red rash.It could be cancer?because any rash that does not heal could be, i m just 19 yrs
So, at times this could look better or worse depending on whether you recently masturbated, or perhaps took a shower and used a scented soap, or a not particularly skin-friendly shower gel.
If all 3 of these, or other circumstances were happening at the same time, then, the rash could look worse.
It is also quite common to think along the lines of ’ if this is not healing, like it normally should, and it has been there for sometime, then, this could be a sign of cancer, perhaps? ’
It may not be unusual to think like this but the facts of penile cancer for someone of your age would suggest the chances of that are almost Zero!
So, as I have already eluded to, I would suggest that certain things make this worse, try to observe when this happens and make a mental note to avoid these.
