I have this weird itchy lump on my taint… I had sex about a week ago so i’m worried! what is it?

sorry for the graphic photo but this is so weird. my taint is like swollen and bulging... and its sooo itchy! my vagina was itchy a few days ago but i just assumed it was a yeast infection... but now this is the main issue. WHAT IS THIS?
