I have tiny skin colored painless bumps on my penis. It started from penis head and then they spread gradually to shaft. Its been around a month. Also on the head some bumps have reduced and become flaky and scaly. I consulted a Dermatologist and he suggested that it might be Fordyce spots or lichen nitidus,
You most likely have a combination of factors: -

- You have natural development to your penis, such as Fordyce Spots, and this would indicate you are less than 28 YOA, or certainly under 40 YOA
- You have a dry skin issue - normally you could address this on its own, but you may also have a relatively severe skin condition, this potentially being some form of the Lichen based disorders
- Rather than dealing with the dry skin you need to work with the Dermatologist to confirm whether you have a Lichen disorder, or not - if you do, this needs to be treat with the appropriate medication and management regime so that the condition is not made worse
