i have to go to urine every 20 to 30 minutes

i have the same problem about 5 months, i go to doctor they find nothing they told me its stress, they told me to go to psychologist and i go about 2 months but nothing changed i have the same problem if you guys find the cure or something i can change about it. please inform me, my facebook is.

You haven't posted your age, which would be helpful. Have you tried any herbal supplements?

Age may be relevant as, with passing years, your prostate will expand in size and press on your bladder. Certain things which we drink, eg wine and coffee, are diruretics and may increase your peeing
