I have upper dentures. I have.bottom teeth but no molars lost plate. I have a absess on my gum on it

Gum has a white spot and my ear hurts I can't chew on it. Gargle with salt water and coconut oil. Lymph node inflamed. Can't get to my dentist. Should I go to urgent care to get a antibiotic until I can get to the dentist

I don't think it's a good idea to take an antibiotic unless you definitely have an infection. More and more antibiotics are losing their efficacy as people take them without really needing to. On the other hand, if they can test you for an infection in urgent care, it might be worth your while.

I gargle with Grapefruit Seed Extract, and Myrrh. You could use just one of those; they work a treat and no antibiotics!

In fact I take Myrrh tincture every day and gargle before I swallow it.
