looks to me like a bacterial infection like hair follicles infection … consult a doc though… should go away with antibiotics.
i had something like this. went to doc. she gave me some antibiotics. my prob got solved. but still those prop up again with my cycle.
but now that gyn is not available coz I moved my location. if u check with a doc please update me what this doc says too. we can double check for each other.
it does look pretty similar to herpes but the only way you’ll know for sure is to get tested
