I had a sex with condom and oral sex without and since that time I have weird sores on my penis. I thought they are just teeth marks after oral sex because I noticed them straight away the sex, but I have had these more then week and it still looks the same. No signs of getting better. It is not painful not even itchy. Do you know what it can be?

It is most likely a bacterial infection form the oral, could potentially be a reaction to the condom if you have not used that particular one previously in terms of brand and type.
