I have white spots on my penis are they harmless?

So im still a virgen and i found this white spot on my penis and it kinda worrys me. Its on the back of my penis and its under the head

Is this harmless or should i go to the doctor

Jesus, if you have not been sexually active this means that what you have is 99.9% certain to be naturally present on your penis. There are are many spots and glands that develop following Sexual Maturation up to the age of about 24 to 28 years of age, and as I say these are completely normal part of how an adult penis develops.
The photo you have posted is not clear enough to specify what these actually are. Try posting a few images / photos that you can take in strong daylight and upload those if you wish to know what they actually are …

they are harmless growths if they are causing an issue see if u can have them removed

I fully agree with Kim, these are normal growths, you can have them surgically removed if you prefer - many doctors would see that as being purely cosmetic, and of a very low priority.
If you are younger than 26 to 28 years of age, you may well get more of these developing in the future anyway …
