at first it was itchy for one or two days then after that I started to feel sore. now been sore for 2 days and I notice a white zit on my anus when I pull my butt cheeks to look at it. if I push I can see but if not it pretty inside. I'm not sure if i should go see doctore right away or try to use medicine on counter first. please help me. im really anxious about this right now. thank you
