i have had unprotected sex before months ago and now am having a spot on my penis head...i have gone to hospital and they have given me Doxycycline ..but this didn't change anything the wound is still on my Penis and it doesn't have any pain or any other odd feeling but i am worried because of the wound ...i have searched online and i didn't find anything..can any one tell me what to do?

The photo shows a number of scaly lesions and nodules on the glans of the penis. Given their appearance and the length of time you've had them I suspect you may have scabies.
Can I ask if you have itching (especially at night) or a rash on other parts of your body, like between your fingers, wrists, behind your elbows, armpits, buttocks, umbilicus?
Scabies is quite easy to treat, either with permethrin or malathion but read the instructions carefully. You can also apply Eurax (crotamiton) cream on the penile lesions. Finally as a precaution I suggest you get re-checked for syphilis and HIV.

Then you have scabies, which in your case is probably sexually transmitted.
Follow the medication instructions carefully and make sure you cover your entire skin with the permethrin cream or the malathion lotion. Wash your clothes in hot (60C) water in washing machine. Repeat the whole treatment process one week later. Your sex partner/s need to be informed and treated for scabies as well.

Are you referring to the Eurax cream? You apply it after your morning wash and leave it on all day; and re-apply before you go to bed. Do this for a week or so or until the scabs and lumps settle.
If you are referring to the Permethrin cream or Malathion lotion, you should read the instructions that accompany the products.
