I have yellowish tongue even after scrapping it and dry mouth

I feel like dry tongue and having thick saliva. I drink alot of water but it doesn't help. I urinate all of it. One thing i noticed today when i scrapped my tongue after brushing, My tongue was remained with yellow color thing which wouldn't come off no matter how hard i tried. It's like my taste buds are yellow in color. any suggestions? thank you

Try TUNG brush and gel...it really work wonders with white/yellow tongue...but if you are reported with white/yellow tongue soon after scraping off, then you might have post nasal drip. Stay hydrated like 3-4 litres a day.

I don't have post nasal drip but i do have dry mouth and i try to drink alot water as i can.

Another thing is that those white/yellow buds won't go off no matter how hard i tried. They used to go off 2/3 years ago easily when i scrapped. It's almost like my tongue is yellow originally not red.
