After 1 year, I noticed 1 bump on my penis which is not itchy nor painful. Its just here. Beside the frenulum. I ignored.
After 3 years, I noticed that it has increased in number. Still, they are not itchy or painful.
are these warts?
If not, what are they? And what to do to get them off?
